BTGROI was started out of love for real estate and deal making, with a simple goal: to accumulate real estate properties. When it came time to underwrite deals, our founder hodge-podged old-school and new-school approaches to evaluate real estate deals. BTGROI set out to build relationships with brokers to source worthy deals, and subsequently lenders to finance them at great terms. After a few years of patiently searching, BTGROI started acquiring investment properties upon which we hold strong convictions based on our investment approach.
