We look to acquire assets at below replacement cost, with rental rate upside and the ability to further develop the asset. We prioritize growth markets that carry above-average growth potential due to geographical tailwinds. We aim to reposition our newly acquired properties within a 6-24 month timeline thanks to our in-house management and creative value-add strategies.
